Life offers many gifts to be cherished — the beauty of nature, the joy of children, the laughter of friends, and the support and companionship found in UUCM's vibrant religious community. These gifts do not come with a price tag in dollars and cents, but all cost something to sustain. Your generosity is crucial to UUCM's continued success.
Go to Pledge Drive 2013-14
As a member or pledging friend, we ask an annual pledge as part of your commitment. Pledges must be renewed each year - we hold our pledge renewal drive every March.
How is my pledge used?
We use your generous pledge wisely, ensuring a vital and sustainable spiritual community that serves its members well. Your pledge also helps further the values of our liberal tradition, such as serving people in need and working toward global peace and a healthy planet.
How much should I pledge?
When pledging to UUCM, understand that our annual cost to serve one person (adult or child) is approximately $1,450. There is no minimum pledge — each person must decide what s/he is able to pledge. This congregation relies on pledges for about 2/3 of its annual income.
Why pledge to UUCM?
Think of all the great benefits of being a UUCM member or friend, such as inspiring Sunday services with great music, quality religious education for children and adults, and an inviting, sacred space. With your pledge, we can provide all of this and more.
Is my pledge tax-deductible?
Yes. UUCM is a 501c3 organization. Our Tax ID number is 94-1513376. Consult your tax professional for more details.
