March is pledge month at UUCM! Members and pledging friends: Now is the time to make your annual financial commitment to your congregation for the upcoming church year, which begins July 1. No payment is required at this time, but a PLEDGE FORM is. Return it to the UUCM office by March 31.

For your convenience, we'll set up a pledge table before and after the 10:30 am service each Sunday in March. Drop by the table to turn in your pledge or ask questions. Don't forget your "I Pledged" sticker for your name tag!

Why pledge annually to UUCM?
Think of all the great benefits of being a UUCM member or friend, such as inspiring Sunday services with great music, quality religious education for children and adults, and an inviting, sacred space. Our congregation relies on pledges for about 2/3 of our annual income. With your pledge, we can provide all of this and more.

Is there a minimum pledge?
No. Acknowledging that the average cost to serve one congregant (adult or child) is more than $1,450 annually, we ask you to pledge as generously as your personal circumstances allow. Remember all you get in return!

What are my payment options?
First, fill out and return your PLEDGE FORM by March 31, 2012. Then, it's time to pay your pledge beginning in July. Here are your payment options:

• Check: When you receive your statement(s) in the mail, send either a paper check or an electronic "check" through your online banking account.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): If you choose, UUCM will automatically withdraw your pledge from your checking account. We'll still send you quarterly statements. Fill out an Authorization Form or PAY ONLINE. Having trouble? Email the UUCM Administrator.
• Credit card: We accept this payment method for your convenience. If you choose this method, note that credit card companies will charge UUCM a fee (2.5-3.5%), diminishing the power of your pledge. Fill out an Authorization form or PAY ONLINE. We'll still send you quarterly statements. Having trouble? Email the UUCM Administrator.
• Securities Transfer: If you choose this option, please notify the UUCM administrator before the transfer occurs.
