has been the Director of Religious Education since 2004. She has served in many other capacities including her involvement in religious education as both a teacher and an RE committee member. She also served as president of the Board of Trustees in 2003. Linda is a graduate of PCD leadership school and has completed 5 Renaissance Modules for her certification as a Religious Educator.
She is also a guest in our pulpit at least once a year.
Professionally Linda holds a masters degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and she also holds a certification in Psychodrama and Personal/Professional Coaching. Linda has been working with children in a variety of capacities since her adolescence. When Linda relocated in San Rafael in 1993 with her husband and two children, she began to work with Youth in Arts as an artist in the schools with both the "very special arts" program serving children in the special education program and as an artist in residence working with the entire school. Linda has also been a volunteer director of an independent Jewish Sunday school, Kindershule before coming to UUCM.
Linda brings management experience, creativity, flexibility, and a love of lifetime learning to this position.
Along with her family, Linda has found a perfect fit here at UUCM and she is committed to a thriving religious education program for our children and youth as well as our adults.
