A Message from Our Interim Minister
Welcome to our Family Friendly Community! Over 50 years ago a small group of parents founded this congregation because they were looking for a way to offer their children a progressive Sunday School where they could engage with their world with curiosity and creativity. Wanting their children to be exposed to all the major religions of the world, these pioneering spirits built a strong religious education program that has thrived and prospered. We are proud of this tradition and invite you to help us continue to shape it to meet the changing needs of our children's generation.

A Message from the Director of Religious Education
We warmly welcome you and your children to our congregation! Here you will find a refreshing liberal religious education program that is committed to a personal exploration of divinity, free of dogma and memorization. We hold each child in great esteem as we lovingly support them in their learning process. With our focus on love, faith, and service, we explore: our 7 principles, how we care for one another and for our earth, social justice, different faith traditions, and personal faith development.
Please contact me at any time if you have questions or concerns.

The Youth Consultant is responsible for providing associational, organizational, educational and facilitative support for the Young Religious Unitarian Universalist program at UUCM, primarily within (but not limited to) the context of the Unitarian Universalist Association's Pacific Central District.
Note: The Religious Education committee meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm in the community workroom.
Visiting children and youth are most welcome to attend our Religious Education classes. We ask that you formally register your child/youth after their second visit. In this way we can provide a rich experience for your child that includes adequate materials including the all-important snack. We also want to ensure your child’s safety.
You may obtain a registration form at the greeters’ table, from one of our teachers or from the DRE, Linda Haumann.
